The architect Thanassis Kyratsous respected fully the holiness of the place and the archaic island of Kea and designed a complex development of big dimensions with twelve individual luxurious villas. Situated at the most magnificent beach of “tris ammoudies” and made of traditional materials, such as stone and wood, these residences were designed in such way so that they can reflect respect on the needs of the owner, preserving the characteristics of luxury and imposing presence of a tall and large construction.
