Blue Mountain is a company founded in 1990 by the engineer Yiannos Michalopoulos, aiming at creating luxurious complexes developed in the wild, seductive and archaic island of Kea the nearest to Athens island of Kyklades ( 1 hour by ferry boat from the port of Lavrio), according to the highest constructive standards, the best architectural designing streams and the top quality materials.

Contemporary residences that, despite of the fact that they are placed in a housing estate, they manage to keep their autonomy and their most important aspect is that they define the country houses as a luxurious villa. Positioned west at four of the most beautiful places on the island near breath-taking beaches, with an amazing view of the sunset and the big blue of the Aegean Sea, four different housing projects were developed using architecture inspired by the traditional homes of Kea and the long ancient history of the island, serving though fully the modern needs of quality and good living, projects that could easily be developed at any cosmopolitan resort, but they have the advantage of being placed on the wild and rocky island of Kea, blown by the conjectural breeze and vibes that embrace this place. These wood and stone residences are made of experienced engineers that used high quality material and managed to format the outdoor areas in that way that they wouldn’t disturb the natural environment of Kea.
